VoIP, VoIP, VoIP on your iPhone

If you’re the type of person who would love to have VoIP on your iPhone to save you from going over hundreds of minutes each month, then you’re in luck. This week there were two more iPhone VoIP services released on top of one that currently existed via Installer.app. Each of these services [...]

Apple hates losing small gadgets and that’s good for you

A recent Apple patent describes a system for finding lost gadgets using Bluetooth. This would work by using Bluetooth to find the lost gadget and then having the gadget emit a high pitch noise to notify the user where it is. However, more than just this, the patent also introduces a small device [...]

New iTunes ad is just as awesome as usual

Apple released another iTunes ad this week, and this time it features Coldplay’s new song Viva La Vida (Live the Life).  As usual, this song was almost instantly sent to the top of the charts in iTunes, with only two of the American Idol David Cook’s songs above it.  This ad is one of the [...]

What do you expect to be announced at WWDC?

With all the hype around the iPhone for the past year, there is no doubt in my mind that WWDC this year is going to be full of, to say the least, interesting announcements. It has also been reported that Apple TV owners will now be able to purchase movies from their Apple TV, without the use of a computer. This is all fantastic news, but what does it mean for brick and mortar stores such as Best Buy and Circuit City? Do they still hold a place near and dear to our hearts or will they soon be a thing of the past?

Control iTunes… From your iPhone

The iPhone is probably the best iPod I’ve ever owned. The interface is extremely simple, beautiful, and fun. However, being able to control my iTunes library with it would make it just that much better.
